Peter co-founded Arena Partners in 2003, after serving as CEO of Dirty Water Integrated, an integrated branding services firm whose clients included AT&T, Jet Blue and Information Builders. He earlier served as Senior Vice-President, Group Management Director at Foote, Cone & Belding – New York, where he was account leader on client brands including FILA Worldwide, Call-ATT, Sotheby’s and Gottex, as well as a major branding initiative for the US Postal Service. He played an important role in agency new business development and in the FCB account management training program. Peter has appeared on CNN, CNBC and ESPN as a spokesperson on branding and advertising issues.
Peter’s avocation is boxing. A former amateur boxer, boxing manager and promoter, he is the author of The Boxer’s Workout, a leading boxing instructional book with over 30-thousand copies sold.

Sam co-founded Arena Partners in 2003, after serving as Chief Creative Officer at Dirty Water Integrated, an integrated branding services firm whose clients included AT&T, Jet Blue and Information Builders. Sam previously served as Co-Creative Chief at Foote, Cone & Belding – New York, where he was responsible for the creative output of the entire office. Sam’s breakthrough campaigns drove major sales increases for FILA Worldwide (“Change The Game”), Tropicana (“Perfect”), LifeSavers (“Celebration”), Bermuda (“Bermuda is You”) and many more.
Sam’s work has won significant creative recognition, including Ad Age “Commercial of the Year” and “Best Animated Commercial of the Year” as well as Clio, Effie , One Club and New York Festivals awards. He also emerged as a leading commercial director, with his work featured in Shoot magazine.
